PENGUINS

1. NORMAL (GREY) PENGUIN

COCK: Eyes dark, head, neck, and wings grey, with flight, secondary and coverts edged with a paler shade of grey or white, giving a frosted appearance. Underparts from beak to vent white, without any breast bar or Zebra lines. Cheek patches orange to pale orange. Tear marks absent. Flank markings reddish brown with clear even white spots. Tail markings grey barred with white.

HEN: As for cock, but minus the flank markings. The cheek patches should be white.

2. FAWN PENGUIN

COCK: Eyes dark, head, neck, and wings fawn, with flight, secondary and coverts edged with a paler shade of fawn or white, giving a frosted appearance. Underparts from beak to vent white, without any chest bar or Zebra lines. Cheek patches orange to pale orange. tear marks absent. Flank markings reddish brown with even white spots. Tail markings fawn barred with white.

HEN: As for cock, but minus the flank markings. The cheek patches should be white.

There can be penguin forms of other colours, which may be exhibited.
